How do I report a bug?

Found something broken? Message our Telegram support bot (@thewhaletradingbot) with a description of what happened. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can fix it.

Helpful details include: what you were doing when the bug occurred, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are especially helpful — just paste them directly into the Telegram chat.

We take bug reports seriously and usually respond within a few hours. If the issue is critical (e.g., a trade didn't execute correctly), mention that upfront so we can prioritize it.
