How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in two ways. The quickest is through Settings in your trading.bot dashboard — look for the "Manage Subscription" link which opens your Stripe billing portal.

Alternatively, you can message our Telegram support bot (@thewhaletradingbot) and say "cancel my subscription." A team member will confirm the cancellation and send you a receipt.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't lose access immediately — you can keep using all Pro features until the period you've already paid for expires.
