Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription. Message our Telegram support bot (@thewhaletradingbot) and let them know you'd like to pause. Your billing will be suspended and no further charges will be made until you choose to resume.

While paused, your auto-trading will be disabled and you won't receive real-time signals. However, your account data, trade history, and settings are all preserved — nothing gets deleted.

When you're ready to come back, just message support again to resume. Your subscription will restart at the standard $49/month rate from the date you reactivate.
