How do I get a refund?

If you'd like a refund, message our Telegram support bot (@thewhaletradingbot) with your account email and the reason for your request. Our team reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

We want every subscriber to feel confident in their purchase. If you're unhappy with the service for any reason during your first month, we're generally happy to make things right.
