How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, go to Settings in your trading.bot dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." This opens your Stripe customer portal where you can add a new card, update billing details, or switch payment methods.

Changes take effect immediately. Your next billing cycle will charge the new payment method. If a previous charge failed due to an expired card, updating your payment method will trigger a retry automatically.

You can also access the Stripe portal directly from any billing-related email we've sent you — there's a "Manage Subscription" link in the footer.
